Lincoln Antiques Market 2026 - Hand embellished A5 Print
This is an A5 print from a multimedia piece I created on my visit to Lincoln on the 5th July 2026. (the image show here is the original painting. The prints will look a little different)
Lincoln always has a piece of my heart, it’s my hometown and the Bailgate especially is a special place to me. I went to art college here and spent time sketching the lovely streets back in 1998! so it felt quite lovely to be back there sketching again.
On this particularly day I hadn’t expected to find the Antiques Market, and this was a brilliant spot for people watching and great for finding things to inspire some story telling.
I walked about the stalls gathering ideas for elements to include and then found the perfect spot to sit and sketch it all out. The giant rubber duck and teddy were actually there and when the lady in yellow walked in to the drawing the composition all started to come together. Of course I had to get a few dogs in, and my faithful friend … the Robin.
These gorgeous little replica prints are printed on Marrutt Professional 230gsm Archival Paper - and each one is slightly original as I add the neon touches to each print separately by hand. So it replicates the original more authentically.
I hope this happy little print finds its way to lots of lovely homes.
Please allow 7-10 days for postage, as they are printed on demand, they will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd class post to keep the costs down.
